I am indeed fortunate in that most of my family has been supportive and stayed with me. Let me tell you about them... First was my spouse of more than 30 years. A published author, with a great sense of humor, and one of the finest, most understanding people on earth. We have two natural children, a son and a daughter, as well as an adopted daughter. Our son graduated with honors from Arizona State University, and is married to a wonderful girl who is pursuing a career in psychology. Our daughter is attending college, and has perfomed twice in Carnegie Hall in New York City playing Bass Clarinet. Our other daughter is also attending college, and is really getting her life together. I have a brother who is the best brother in the whole world, and whom I didn’t appreciate until I got a lot older. I have another brother who I hadn’t spoken to in years, and whom I am getting a relationship starting with again. |
